The American people find themselves in the very difficult position of having to reform their government from the bottom up, after decades of public neglect which allowed politicians from both political parties to behave as though the U.S. Constitution doesn’t exist any longer.

State legislatures have been forced by over-reaching federal policies, to restate, reclaim and reassert Tenth Amendment rights just to defend the citizens of their states from oppressive policies coming out of Washington DC.

These recent events have caused a great awakening in the American populace, which has manifest in numerous patriotic activist organizations like the many Tea Party, 912, Town Hall and We the People movements across the country. We refer to these combined common efforts as “the patriot movement” which is much bigger and broader than any individual faction of the movement.

Early efforts to protest and petition elected servants of the people have fallen on deaf ears... and

NPA Adding Area Directors

Due to the growth of NPA registered Patriots, we have added three additional Area Directors. Please welcome our new Area Directors:

Tim Luke, Great Plains Area Director; Michaels Howell, Mid-Western Area Director; Bill Rhodes, Southern Area Director.

We have also created a new position, "Area Development Director", to be filled by someone a lot of you already know, Mr. Michael McKee.

Our Contact Page has been updated to reflect these changes.

Please join me in applauding the efforts of everyone involved. Every day, I'm amazed, and inspired, when I see the dedication and willingness of the people to get engaged in the process of taking control of "Their" government. The Precinct Chair is where it begins and it is The Most Powerful Office in the Land!

We have come so far in such a short period of time and I want to thank all of you for your inspiration... it is contagious!

If you are a leader, we have thousands of individuals throughout the nation that need your leadership talents. Our membership roles are experiencing exponential growth and we need talented volunteers in every state and county.

The best means by which we can change policy is to change players. In order to change the players we have to be the ones influencing the candidate selection.

The Central Committee Chairs (The Precinct Executive) is the point of contact for selecting candidates and the endorsement of those candidates. This is where we choose our leaders.

National Precinct Alliance aims to support all the individual efforts in securing those committee seats with Constitutional Conservative individuals. These individuals need your help as a State or County Coordinator. Please consider taking part with a leadership role.

Article 6 of the US Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by their oath" to support the Constitution. The exact words in the last paragraph of Article 6 in the US Constitution are as follows:

"The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States".

As one well known patriot said in a letter to his congressman regarding recent legislation:

Members of the US Congress have clearly violated their sworn oath to support the Constitution of the United States. The breach to their sworn oath or affirmation of office effectively de-legitimizes the actions they take, and to an extent, the body to which they were elected.

Citizens shall not be morally nor legally bound to legislation enacted by members of Congress acting outside the Constitutional Constraints of their offices. May God have mercy on this nation and guide the Citizens of this nation through what may very well prove to be tumultuous times.
